1. Always decorate the main or entrance door of your premises distinctively compared to internal doors to attract prosperity and wealth. Also affix your name plate & auspicious symbols on your main entrance from outside.

2. Place a moving water fountain or its picture in Northeast part of home. Movement of water indicates flow of positive energy and wealth.

3. For complete prosperity (financial, physical, spiritual & academic growth) of your family, always install Meruprustha Shree Yantra & Lord kubera at your God’s abode.

4. The most auspicious & special occasions to install them are Gudhipadawa, Akshayya Tritiya, entire Navratri, Kojagiri Purnima, Dassera, Diwali (Dhanteras, Balipratipada & Lakshmi pujana) & Tripurari Purnima or Panchami, Ashtami & Purnima (Full moon day) of any month.

5. Ensure that your North-East portion is free from clutter, heavy machinery and open at all times. This attracts wealth towards you.

8. Always keep South-West portion of roof higher than the North-East portion i.e. slope from Southwest to Northeast.

14. Place the cash locker or almirah in the South or Southwest corner such that it opens in the North direction. North is the direction of Lord Kuber and opening of locker in North direction allows grace of lord Kuber to fill it again and again. Avoid placing cash locker in any other direction.

15. Never keep the cash locker under any beam as this puts a lot of financial stress on family or business.

16. Always make Northeast boundary wall at right angles & avoid making it curved.

17. Make sure that Southwest, South and West walls of home and boundary are higher and thicker than those in North and East side.

18. Never buy a plot which is at a lower level than the road facing it.

19. Planting huge trees in the Southwest region of a plot stabilizes finance. This also helps to avoid misfortunes and mishaps in family and business.

20. Never plant big and high trees in the Northeast side of a plot as it obstructs financial flow.

21. Keeping a fish aquarium in your home in the Northeast portion of entire house (& not in the Northeast of any particular room) is auspicious & brings in good luck, success & money inflow.
